  • A valid form of identification should be presented to the hotel upon Check In
  • No refund is provided by the hotel for late Check in or for early Check Out
  • Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la- carte is not possible
  • We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
  • It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure the validity of their passports and valid visas for the country of visit.
  • Winter Wings Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for not granting such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges /fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
